- MS Office- Word, PowerPoint and Excel (all versions), VISIO, SQL, UNIX
- Testing and Quality checks in Core Banking
- Experience in Banking / Finance / Support operations (preferablyAccounting/Finance/Payments/Trade/Back-Office Operations).
- Production Support -The BA would be involved in providing the functional analysis to the incidents or any discrepancy faced in A2 production. Support would be extended for a problem ticket study and testing.
- Implementing and updating the Business data in the Core Banking Application through Reference Data Management application & JIRA (ticketing tool)Role & responsibilities
