B.Sc. fresher (ideally in Chemistry or Physics), you can start your career in a metal testing laboratory as a Junior Lab Analyst or Trainee Chemist, handling chemical and physical testing of alloys and metals Parts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sample Preparation: Cutting, grinding, and polishing metal or alloy samples for testing.
- Chemical Testing: Performing wet chemical analysis or titration to determine elemental composition.
- Instrument Operation: Assisting with Optical Emission Spectrometers (OES) or XRF machines.
- Mechanical Testing: Supporting tests like hardness (Rockwell/Brinell) or tensile strength.
- Documentation: Recording data and compiling test reports as per NABL guidelines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
