Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Residential Broker to manage property sales across Mumbai, build strong client relationships, generate leads and drive successful real estate transactions and closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle residential property transactions across Mumbai
- Generate leads and develop client relationships
- Manage landlord representation and exclusive mandates
- Coordinate transaction execution,



billing and collections
- Build and maintain strong broker and client networks
- Ensure timely reporting and successful deal closures

Eligibility

- 5–8 years of experience with 4+ years in client-facing roles
- Proven B2C sales and deal-closure track record
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-management skills
- Stable career history and robust client-facing personality
- Mumbai-based/local candidates preferred
- Experience with IPCs, local brokers or luxury real estate developers preferred
- HNI clientele experience will be an advantage
- Early joiners preferred
