Can you turn a founder’s expertise into a brand people remember?

Ksoft Technologies is looking for a Personal Brand & Organic Visibility Manager to build and grow our founder’s personal brand through organic marketing, content, engagement, and visibility strategies.

What You'll Do

- Build and execute a personal brand visibility strategy through organic marketing, not paid marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Turn founder ideas, experiences, podcasts, and videos into compelling content.
- Create solid hooks, stories, and thought-leadership content.
- Research trends, topics, and industry conversations.
- Build meaningful engagement with founders, CEOs, creators, and relevant communities.
- Increase organic reach, profile visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
- Monitor content performance and continuously improve the strategy.
- Manage the content calendar and maintain consistent publishing.

We’re Looking For




- 2–5 years of experience in personal branding, social media, content marketing, or organic growth.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn organic growth.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
- Experience managing a founder/CEO personal brand is a big plus.
- Creative, proactive, trend-aware, and ready to take ownership.

Compensation ₹3–4 LPA CTC, based on experience and skills.
