PRAKRIA is looking for a Brand Solutions Associate who can take full ownership of brand accounts with diligence, autonomy, and accountability. The ideal candidate should have experience in both mainline and digital marketing, ensuring seamless execution of integrated campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Solutions Associate to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and effectively managing the delivery of marketing services. The ideal candidate should have a background in an agency or a relevant field, such as advertising, and possess a proven track record of providing excellent client service.

They should be self-driven, ambitious, and eager to grow and learn within our fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored marketing solutions.

● Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and proactive problem-solving.

● Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality services that meet and exceed client expectations.

● Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

● Conduct regular status updates and progress meetings with clients to keep them informed about ongoing projects and campaign performance.

● Identify opportunities for additional services and upsell solutions to existing clients to drive revenue growth.





● Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

● 2-4 years of proven work experience as a Brand Solutions Associate (under the Client Servicing Department) or in a similar client-facing role within an agency or relevant field.

● Strong client relationship management skills with a track record of providing excellent client service.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● A self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.

● Ambitious, result-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges.

● Familiarity with marketing and advertising industry trends.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
