Role Description The Brand Partnerships Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves assisting in identifying and researching potential brand partners across relevant industries and categories, supporting outreach efforts, and maintaining relationship pipelines. The intern will help coordinate campaigns and collaborations between brands and creators, including preparing proposals, maintaining databases, and tracking progress.

Daily responsibilities include managing communication with partners, gathering performance data, preparing reports,



and supporting the partnerships team with presentations and meeting materials. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and community to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives and a consistent brand experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to support the planning and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Communication to help craft clear, compelling narratives and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Sales or business development to assist in outreach, prospecting, and conversion of potential brand partners.
- Robust interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and comfort engaging with creators and brand stakeholders.
- Interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, and digital culture; prior internship or project experience in marketing, partnerships, or community-building is an advantage.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
