Role Description The Brand Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen Vidhyoday’s presence among students, parents, and educational partners. Daily tasks include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, managing brand messaging across online and offline channels, and collaborating with academic and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.

track campaign performance, support lead generation initiatives, and represent the brand at events and outreach programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Brand Development and Brand Management skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Market Planning skills and the ability to analyze market trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for internal coordination and external outreach.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including lead generation support and relationship building.
- Experience in education, coaching institutes, or related service sectors is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic, operations, and marketing teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic data analysis is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
