Role & responsibilities
1. Identifying Ideal customer which includes entire guidelines of Svatantra.
2. Assisting the field officer in initial execution of the program
3. Finding of potential areas
4. Initiate client contact to determine credit needs and business viability 5. Coordination with the Gram Panchayat / local SHGs, if required
5. Group Appraisal
6. Accurate Documentation Check and House Visit
7. Group Formation and Group Assessment
8. Assessment of Loan Applications
9. Making sure entire KYC documents are scanned systematically and sent to Back Office Team
Preferred candidate profile
1. Candidates from any Microfinance (MFI) company can apply
2. Branch Manager & Assistant Branch Managers from any Microfinance Industry with good team handling experience will be considered
3. Should have valuable communication skills
4. Will be responsible for managing one branch with 4-5 field officers.
