The Branch Manager leads daily operations, team performance, and strategic outreach for the University Information Center. This role focuses on driving student enrollment, managing marketing initiatives, executing BTL activities, and ensuring the branch meets all sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership &
- Performance

- Supervise, mentor, and motivate sales counselors and marketing officers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Conduct daily team huddles to assign leads, monitor conversion rates, and resolve operational bottlenecks.

- Evaluate staff performance, conduct skill-building workshops, and foster a high-performance work setting.

Sales &

- Enrollment Targets

- Direct the end-to-end admission funnel from lead generation to final counseling and fee collection.

- Analyze lead-to-walk-in and walk-in-to-enrollment ratios to continuously optimize conversion strategies.

Marketing &

- BTL Outreach

- Plan and execute offline and online outreach campaigns, including college visits, coaching center tie-ups, and education fairs.

- Host seminars, webinars, career counseling sessions,



and localized Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities to generate qualified leads.

- Coordinate with the central marketing team to align local branding with overall university guidelines.

Reporting &

- Operations

- Maintain accurate tracking of all leads, walk-ins, and conversions within the CRM system.

- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, conversion metrics, and MIS dashboards to senior leadership.

- Oversee branch administrative duties, ensuring compliance with university policies and exceptional student service.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
