- Identifying Ideal customer which includes entire guidelines of Svatantra.
- Assisting the field officer in initial execution of the program
- Finding of potential areas
- Initiate client contact to determine credit needs and business viability
- Coordination with the Gram Panchayat / local SHGs, if required
- Group Appraisal
- Accurate Documentation Check and House Visit
- Group Formation and Group Assessment
- Assessment of Loan Applications
- Making sure entire KYC documents are scanned systematically and sent to Back Office Team
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates from any Microfinance (MFI) company can apply
- Branch Manager & Assistant Branch Managers from any Microfinance Industry with positive team handling experience will be considered
- Should have good communication skills
- Will be responsible for managing one branch with 4-5 field officers.
