Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.

- Monitor branch performance, revenue, expenses, and operational targets.

- Lead and coordinate doctors, dental assistants, front office, PRE, billing, and support staff.

- Ensure excellent patient experience and address patient concerns promptly.

- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance.

- Coordinate with HODs and management for effective implementation of policies and processes.

- Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facilities, equipment, hygiene, and safety standards.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.

- Support patient conversion, retention, and overall business growth.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs,



and quality standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch/clinic management, preferably in healthcare or dental operations.

- Solid leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

- Good knowledge of clinic operations and administrative processes.

- Target-oriented and problem-solving approach.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
