- Maintain Call closures as per TAT - 100% in 24 Hours.

- Work on Business Expansion Plans & Appointment of recent BP's.

- Plan for achievement of BP revenue targets (Revenue 1 cr/Annum).

- Customer Visits for Management Escalations.

- Keep reviewing the knowledge of BP owner and his team on technical / soft skills. Identify their training needs and impart them.

- BP visits / quality audit like Store / Hygiene & Technicians.

- Attending and handling legal cases.

- Maintain the MSL of service franchisee.

- P2P approval against rejections.

- Monitoring of SO visits and their attendance verification.

- Educate BP's on how to maximize their ROI's
