About the Role

We are looking for a mature, responsible and disciplined Boys Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations, safety, discipline and welfare of students residing in the boys' hostel.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure student safety, discipline and well-being.
- Monitor hostel attendance, entry/exit and visitor records.
- Supervise hostel timings and compliance with rules.
- Address student concerns and coordinate with parents when required.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Maintain hostel records, registers and incident reports.
- Handle hostel emergencies and promptly report incidents to the administration.
- Conduct regular hostel rounds and ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Age: 35 years or above.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.




- Experience as a Hostel Warden / Residential Supervisor in a school, college or university will be preferred.
- Solid communication, interpersonal and crisis-management skills.
- Mature and approachable personality with the ability to maintain discipline firmly and fairly.
