We are looking for experienced Blue Yonder TMS Consultants with strong expertise in transportation management, data quality, planning and stakeholder collaboration.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily issue escalations from Key Users and ensure timely resolution
- Deliver training and prepare documentation for end users and carriers
- Ensure data accuracy, quality standards, carrier and master data management
- Collaborate with SAP teams and technical teams for issue resolution
- Assess planning effectiveness and resolve discrepancies
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Support global stakeholders in a 12 PM – 9 PM shift
