I’m currently looking for a #Recruiter who has hands-on experience in Blue Collar Hiring and can independently manage fast-paced recruitment requirements.
#Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: Up to #₹40,000/month
Joining: #Immediate joiners preferred
What we’re looking for
*Strong experience in blue-collar sourcing and recruitment
*Ability to handle bulk and urgent hiring requirements
*Valuable candidate screening and interview coordination skills
*Strong follow-up and candidate engagement
*Experience hiring technical/site-level manpower
*Good understanding of multiple sourcing channels
*Candidates currently based in Gurgaon/Gurugram will be preferred.
