Role Overview

We are looking for PhD Biology Specialists to contribute to AI training and evaluation projects. The role involves creating, reviewing, and solving advanced biology problems while evaluating AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, reasoning, factual correctness, and clarity .

Key Responsibilities

- Create and review advanced biology questions, problems, and detailed solutions.
- Evaluate AI/LLM-generated biology responses for scientific accuracy and reasoning.
- Identify factual, conceptual, and logical errors in AI-generated content.
- Verify biological concepts, processes, terminology, data interpretations, and scientific explanations.
- Develop clear solutions, explanations, and evaluation criteria.




- Review and improve AI-generated responses according to defined quality guidelines.
- Work across areas such as Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, and Computational Biology .

Key Requirements

- PhD in Biology, Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline.
- 3–8 years of relevant academic, research, teaching, or professional experience.
- Robust understanding of advanced biological concepts and scientific methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, research, and scientific reasoning skills.
- Ability to critically evaluate complex scientific information.
- Strong written English and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience interpreting scientific literature, experimental results, and biological data .
- Must be currently based in the United States and eligible for the project.
