Role Description The BIM Modeler will work full time on-site in Mumbai, developing and managing 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP elements across various project types.

Responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, creating detailed and accurate models, updating models based on design changes, and ensuring coordination among different disciplines. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve conflicts, maintain model standards, and support the preparation of drawings and documentation. The BIM Modeler will also assist in quality checks,



adhere to project timelines, and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler roles, including 3D modeling, clash detection, and model coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Architecture and understanding of design intent to accurately translate drawings into BIM models.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling, including layout, coordination, and integration with other building systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in interpreting and producing Construction Drawings and documentation derived from BIM models.
- Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (such as Revit or similar tools) and familiarity with AEC workflows.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet project deadlines in a cooperative environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in architecture, engineering, or related field; prior BIM modeling experience in the AEC industry is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving BIM standards and technologies.
