We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer with hands-on experience in BIM modelling and theming for architectural/interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring deliverables meet project standards and requirements.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit.
- Create architectural/interior models with appropriate theming, materials, finishes, and design elements.
- Prepare 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models.
- Coordinate BIM models with architects, engineers, and other disciplines. Support clash detection and resolve modelling /coordination issues using Navisworks.
- Update models based on design changes and coordination feedback. Follow project-specific BEP, BIM standards, LOD requirements, and naming conventions




- Perform model quality checks and ensure accurate project deliverables. Manage linked models, file exchanges, and BIM coordination workflows. Support the BIM Coordinator/Manager in project delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree/diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of relevant BIM experience.
- Proven experience in theming, architectural/interior modelling, materials, and finishes.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and working knowledge of Navisworks.
- Good understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and construction documentation.
- Robust attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
