BIM Architect – 3–5 Years Experience

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for architectural projects.

Prepare architectural drawings, documentation, and construction details.

Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.

Identify and resolve design and modelling clashes.

Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project standards and requirements.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.

Assist in developing BIM standards, templates, and workflows.

Review models and drawings for quality, accuracy, and completeness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

3–5 years of relevant experience in BIM Architecture.





Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM coordination processes.

Experience with architectural detailing and construction documentation.

Good understanding of building design, materials, and construction methods.

Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Robust communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with BIM coordination

Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
