- Handle customer billing and checkout efficiently.

- Operate billing/POS software and generate invoices.

- Receive cash, UPI, card and other payments accurately.

- Maintain daily sales and billing records.

- Handle returns, exchanges and billing corrections as per company policy.

- Coordinate with pharmacy/store staff regarding product availability and pricing.

- Maintain proper cash balance and assist with daily cash reconciliation.

- Provide polite and professional customer service.

- Ensure accurate entry of medicines, quantities, discounts and prices.

- Support basic administrative and store-related activities when required.

Requirements:

- Previous billing/cashier experience preferred.

- Experience in a pharmacy, supermarket, retail store or similar environment is an advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Good communication and customer-service skills.

- Ability to handle cash and billing accurately.

- Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented.

- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
