- Generate and distribute weekly/monthly invoices based on sales orders and contracts.
- Proactively manage timely collections through calls and email correspondence
- Reconcile billing data, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Follow up on overdue payments and manage collection processes.
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure billing accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on product/service changes and pricing updates.
- Support day-to-day billing and operational activities.

Required Candidate Profile

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in billing software and spreadsheets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to learn quickly and utilize internal billing tools and software.
