Responsible for handling billing, cashiering, and front-office transactions during the evening shift, up to 12:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process guest bills and payments.
- Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
- Maintain billing and payment records.
- Assist guests with billing-related queries.
- Ensure proper handover of cash and records at the end of the shift.
