Role Description This full time, on-site Billing Executive role is based in Indore.

The Billing

Executive will manage end-to-end billing processes, including preparing, verifying, and issuing invoices for telecom infrastructure projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with project and finance teams, reconciling billing data, tracking payments, and ensuring timely and accurate bill submissions to clients. The role also involves maintaining detailed billing records, resolving billing discrepancies, and supporting financial reporting.

Executive will contribute to process improvements and compliance with internal financial policies and client requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Billing Process and Invoicing, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and projects.
- Solid Finance knowledge to support reconciliation,



basic accounting entries, and payment tracking.
- Analytical Skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in billing documentation.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/ERP software, with attention to detail and structured work habits.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in telecom, infrastructure, or construction sector billing is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, meet deadlines, and follow established financial and compliance procedures.
