Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Billing Executive to join our supermarket team. The candidate will be responsible for accurate billing, handling cash and digital payments, assisting customers, and maintaining proper billing records.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the billing/POS system efficiently and accurately.

- Generate customer bills and process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.

- Verify product prices, quantities, discounts, and promotional offers during billing.

- Handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate cash records.

- Provide polite and productive customer service at the billing counter.

- Manage product returns, exchanges, and billing corrections as per company policy.

- Ensure the billing counter is clean,



organized, and adequately stocked with required materials.

- Perform opening and closing cash procedures and reconcile daily collections.

- Coordinate with the Store, Inventory, and Accounts teams regarding billing-related issues.

- Report discrepancies in cash, billing, pricing, or inventory to the supervisor.

- Follow all company policies, SOPs, and procedures.

- Assist customers with basic product and store-related queries when required.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
