Job Brief: We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage vendor billing, work orders, invoice verification, documentation, and coordination with vendors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process vendor bills, service invoices, and work completion documents.

- Create, issue, maintain, and track work orders for maintenance, repair, housekeeping, security, civil, electrical, plumbing, and other property-related services.

- Verify vendor invoices against work orders, quotations, approved rates, and work completion reports.

- Track work orders from creation to completion and billing closure.

- Maintain records of vendor quotations, purchase/work orders, invoices, approvals, and supporting documents.

- Follow up with vendors and site teams for pending bills, work completion reports, approvals, and documentation.

- Maintain and update billing and work order data in Excel/ERP/software systems.





- Assist the accounts team with documentation required for vendor payments and reconciliation.

- Maintain proper documentation for property/project-wise expenses and vendor services.

- Ensure billing records and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and up to date.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, or a related field preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple bills, vendors, and work orders simultaneously.

- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Basic understanding of invoices, work orders, quotations, and vendor payments.

- Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
