? POSITION

Billing Engineer

? Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

? Experience: 4–6 Years

? Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

? Lodging: Provided by the Company

?️ Industry: Civil Construction & Infrastructure

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, verify and submit Running Account (RA) & Final Bills

• Prepare and update BOQs, quantity statements and billing records

• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements

- Verify measurements and reconcile quantities with site teams, contractors and clients

• Perform rate analysis for materials, labour and construction activities

- Conduct cost comparisons and identify billing discrepancies
- Track project quantities and billing progress
- Maintain proper billing documentation and records

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QS and Accounts teams

• Ensure billing is in accordance with contract conditions,



BOQ and applicable standards

- Support audits, measurements, certifications and commercial documentation
- Assist in monitoring project progress and related commercial activities

? QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Billing / Quantity Surveying

• Strong knowledge of BOQ Preparation, Quantity Take-off and Billing

• Good understanding of Rate Analysis and Costing

• Experience in Government, PSU or EPC projects will be an advantage

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and project documentation

• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 for project schedules, progress monitoring and reporting

• Ability to read and understand Civil Engineering Drawings, BOQs and Specifications

- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Valuable coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
