Salary: [₹25,000 - ₹40,000 / month] + Uncapped Monthly Incentives

About the Role

We are hiring a high-energy Bilingual Lead Conversion Executiveto drive sales and conversion for our Dubai / UAE operations. In this role, you will reach out to prospective clients across the Middle East, present our [Product/Service)and convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers in both English and Punjabi.

Key Responsibilities

- Bilingual Lead Conversion: Engage leads across the UAE/GCC region via phone, WhatsApp Business, and email in English and Punjabi.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, deliver tailored product presentations, and address client queries to build trust.
- Objection Handling & Closing: Resolve customer concerns, handle objections professionally, and guide prospects through the funnel to close deals.
- CRM & Funnel Management: Maintain accurate call logs, lead updates, and follow-up schedules in the CRM to ensure zero lead leakage.
- Target Achievement:



Consistently hit daily outreach activity targets (calls/connects) and monthly revenue goals.

Requirements & Skills

- Mandatory Languages: Fluent verbal communication in both English and Punjabi.
- Sales Experience: 1–3 years in outbound sales, inside sales, tele-calling, or voice processes (prior Middle East / UAE market exposure is a strong advantage).
- Communication: Persuasive telephone etiquette, strong negotiation skills, and ability to build quick rapport.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools ([e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot]), MS Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
- Shift Availability: Comfortable working standard UAE business operational hours.
