- Coordinate a 5 member customer care team to ensure that customer orders are executed to customers satisfaction.

- Ensure that all customer inquiries are attended by the customer care or the sales team.

- Coordinate with the field sales team for followup and other sales

- Coordinate with the logistics to ensure timely order delivery .

- customer credit dues collection

- Billing support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
