- Compliance with project and organizational processes

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Finance/Banking or relevant certification will be an advantage.

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in BFSI training, banking, financial services, insurance, customer service or employability training.

- Candidates with experience in BFSI skill-development projects, vocational training or youth skilling programs will be preferred.
