What You'll Do

- Market and place IT consultants in the US market.
- Source and work on relevant US IT requirements.
- Build relationships with US recruiters and staffing vendors.
- Manage submissions, follow-ups, interviews and placements.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Maintain consultant and submission records.
- Take ownership of assigned consultants and work toward successful placements.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Good understanding of the US IT staffing market.
- Solid communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Experience with US recruiters/vendors and C2C/W2 staffing models.
- A genuine sense of ownership,
