Job Summary

Were looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth across Alendeis CPaaS, SaaS, and software product lines. Youll own the full sales cycle, build a high-velocity pipeline, and position Alendei as the preferred software partner for domestic and international accounts - combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

- Own the full sales cycle - outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure for domestic and international SaaS/software accounts.

- Map prospect pain points to Alendeis product suite; deliver tailored demos and collaborate with Pre-Sales and Product teams on customised proposals, SoWs, and commercial models.

- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline with accurate CRM forecasting; report on pipeline health, deal velocity, and win/loss trends to leadership.

- Identify and onboard resellers, system integrators, and technology partners to drive channel-led revenue; represent Alendei at industry events and conferences.

- Track the competitive landscape, pricing trends,



and SaaS market opportunities; feed structured insights on market gaps and feature demands to Product and Marketing teams.

Requirements

- Bachelors in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- 3+ years of B2B SaaS or software sales with a consistent quota attainment track record.

- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English; regional language proficiency is a plus for domestic accounts.

- Proficient in CRM tools and sales productivity platforms.
