Job Title: Barista Trainer Location: Delhi Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Barista Trainer to train clients on coffee machines and barista skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coffee preparation, grinder calibration, and espresso extraction, along with excellent communication skills to conduct client training sessions.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on coffee machines and barista techniques for clients. Perform grinder settings, calibration, and espresso extraction to ensure beverage quality. Demonstrate machine operation, daily maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.

Train clients on milk frothing, latte art, and beverage preparation standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and support. Visit client locations for installation support and training when required.





Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Stay updated on new coffee equipment and brewing techniques.

Requirements: 1–3 years of experience as a Barista or Barista Trainer. Robust knowledge of grinder settings, espresso extraction, and coffee brewing techniques.

Experience in training clients on commercial coffee machines. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel within Jaipur and nearby areas for client training. Passion for coffee and customer service.

Preferred Qualification: Certification in Barista Skills or Coffee Training is an added advantage.

Experience with commercial espresso machines and grinders.
