A popular pizzeria is soon opening its new outlet at Opus Mall, Sector 132, Noida, and we are looking to hire a Bar Manager / Supervisor to oversee the bar operations.

Location: Opus Mall, Sector 132, Noida

Salary: ₹23,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise bar staff, allocate duties, and maintain service standards.
- Handle beverage preparation, presentation, and quality control.
- Maintain bar inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with applicable liquor regulations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth restaurant operations.
- Train and guide staff on beverage knowledge and customer service.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Strong communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
