- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.

- Welcome guests and provide friendly and qualified service.

- Take beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.

- Prepare cocktails, mocktails, juices, and other beverages.

- Maintain proper stock of liquor, beverages, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.

- Check stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or requirements.

- Ensure all bottles, glasses, bar equipment, and utensils are clean and properly arranged.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter and surrounding areas.

- Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.

- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately, if assigned.

- Check identification and follow applicable laws and company policies regarding alcohol service.

- Avoid serving alcohol to intoxicated guests and report such situations to the supervisor.





- Maintain proper records of stock consumption, breakages, and wastage.

- Coordinate with the service team, kitchen, and other departments for smooth operations.

- Ensure the bar is properly set up before service and cleaned and closed properly after service.

- Handle bar equipment safely and report any damaged or faulty equipment.

- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards at all times.

- Attend to guest requests and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when necessary.

- Follow hotel safety, hygiene, fire safety, and security procedures.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the Bar Supervisor, F&B; Manager, or management.
