SoulPay is looking for a responsible and proactive Banking Executive to handle day-to-day banking and field-related activities. The role involves regular visits to banks, submission and collection of documents, coordination with bank officials, follow-ups on banking transactions and requests, and supporting the internal Finance and Operations teams.

The candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel across Delhi/NCR and must have their own bike/scooty with a valid driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit various banks for official company-related work.
- Submit, collect and follow up on banking documents, forms, applications and other official paperwork.
- Coordinate with bank officials regarding account-related requests, documentation, KYC, verification and transaction-related matters.
- Follow up with banks on pending requests, documentation and approvals and ensure timely closure.
- Handle fund transfer, payment and banking-related coordination as assigned by the Finance/Operations team.
- Visit bank branches for account opening,



modifications, KYC updates, cheque-related work, document verification and other banking requirements.
- Coordinate with internal Finance, Accounts and Operations teams to ensure smooth completion of banking activities.
- Maintain proper records of all bank visits, submissions, collections and pending activities.
- Prepare daily visit/activity reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Ensure all submitted documents are accurate, complete and properly acknowledged by the concerned bank.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, merchant and banking information.
- Plan daily travel and bank visits efficiently to complete assigned activities within timelines.
- Handle any other banking, documentation or field-operation responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
