Hiring: Alliances Manager (AM)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Compensation: Negotiable

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Alliances Manager (AM) to strengthen our Banking Alliances and Strategic Partnerships function. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong business acumen, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders across Banks, FinTechs, and Financial Institutions.

Please Note: This is not a target-based sales role. However, we are looking for professionals who possess a solid sales mindset—excellent communication, confidence, ownership, persistence, negotiation skills, relationship-building ability, and a proactive approach towards business development and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, develop, and manage strategic alliances with Banks, NBFCs, Payment Partners, and FinTech companies.
- Develop long-term business relationships and identify new partnership opportunities. Coordinate with internal Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance,



and Business teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions with banking and business partners.
- Drive end-to-end alliance management, including onboarding, relationship management, and partner engagement.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with partners to ensure timely execution and business growth.
- Represent the organization professionally during client meetings and industry interactions.
- Work closely with senior management to expand the company's banking network and strategic partnerships.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
