Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage bancassurance channel sales performance, focusing on life insurance products.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through bank partnerships.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in banca sales or related field (bancassurance, bfsi sales).

- Robust understanding of life insurance products and their applications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
