- CTC: ₹3.50 lpa +(4000-6000) fixed travel allowances monthly + incentives
Eligibility -
- Graduation mandatory.
- Age upto 37.
- BFSI Sales experience are required
- Minimum 1+ years in Life insurance sales experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets via bank partnerships
- Build robust relationships with branch managers & staff
- Support sales through joint customer meetings & illustrations
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals & bank data
- Train bank staff on products and selling skills
KPI: Target achievement, branch activation & productivity
