Key Responsibilities

· Provide end-to-end service support to agents for Motor Insurance.

· Handle agent requirements for policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, payments and other servicing.

· Coordinate with agents, internal teams and insurance companies for policy-related requirements.

· Ensure timely resolution of agent requests as per defined TATs and processes.

· Maintain accuracy and adherence to defined TATs and processes.

Key Requirements

· 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Motor Insurance/Backend Service.

· Good knowledge of Motor Insurance processes is mandatory.

· Hands-on experience in policy issuance.

· Experience working directly on insurance company portals is mandatory.

· Candidates with experience only on PolicyBoss or other aggregator portals will not be considered.

· Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
