Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in SEO or link-building.
- Strong understanding of off-page SEO and backlink strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and similar SEO platforms.
- Knowledge of domain metrics such as DA, DR, and spam score.
- Excellent communication and outreach skills for building relationships with webmasters and partners.
- Solid analytical and reporting abilities to track link-building performance and optimise campaigns.
- Experience working for a UK-based audience is an added advantage.

As a Backlink Specialist at Marketing House of Zachariah, every day is a mix of strategy, research, and relationship-building. You’ll start by analyzing competitors’ backlinks and identifying new opportunities to strengthen our clients’ online presence.

Next, you’ll plan and execute outreach campaigns, reaching out to bloggers, publishers, and webmasters to secure high-quality backlinks. Collaboration is key; you'll work closely with the content and SEO teams to ensure the links align with overall marketing strategies.

You’ll also spend time monitoring backlink profiles, checking for toxic or low-quality links, and taking action to remove them. Using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz, you’ll track performance, measure improvements in domain authority and traffic, and adjust your strategies based on the insights you gather.
