We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Processing & Data Entry Intern to assist with retyping, formatting, organizing, and digitizing documents. The intern will be responsible for accurately transferring information from source documents into digital formats while maintaining proper formatting and data quality.
Key Responsibilities :✨
Retype documents accurately from scanned copies, PDFs, images, or handwritten/source documents.
Enter and update information in Word, Excel, Google Sheets, or other assigned platforms.
Format documents according to given instructions.
Maintain proper spelling, grammar, spacing, headings, and page formatting.
Convert information from one digital format to another.
Check completed documents for typing and formatting errors.
Organize and maintain digital files and folders.
Handle assigned documentation tasks within deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client documents.
Report any unclear or missing information to the supervisor.
Requirements :??
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Good English reading and comprehension skills.
Solid attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic computer and internet skills.
