About the Role

We're hiring a Back Office Operations Executive who's quick, adaptable, and comfortable working with technology and data. You'll handle day-to-day operational tasks, work with spreadsheets and online tools, troubleshoot issues independently, and support internal processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day back-office and operational activities with speed and accuracy
- Work with Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and other online tools
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc. to boost productivity and solve operational tasks
- Identify issues, troubleshoot, and find practical solutions independently
- Maintain and update data, records, sheets, and operational trackers
- Learn new tools, processes, and workflows quickly
- Complete assigned tasks within timelines while maintaining accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams as required




- Support other operational needs as they come up

What We're Looking For

- Valuable working knowledge of Google Sheets & Google Workspace
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
- Fast learner, able to work quickly and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Familiarity with Shopify is a plus
- Willingness to work day shifts, open to night shifts (from office)
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
