Responsibilities – Back Office Executive (Export)

- Handle day-to-day export back-office activities and documentation.

- Prepare Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Purchase Order and other export documents.

- Process and maintain export orders in ERP / Excel.

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Quality, Accounts, Engineering and Dispatch departments.

- Coordinate with international customers, freight forwarders and logistics partners for shipment-related activities.

- Prepare and maintain export order status, shipment tracking and pending order reports.

- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely production, dispatch and shipment.

- Coordinate for machine specifications, technical documents, drawings, manuals, inspection reports and other documents required for export orders.





- Verify export documentation for accuracy and completeness before dispatch/shipment.

- Maintain proper digital and physical records of export documents.

- Assist the Export Manager in customer communication, order follow-up and daily MIS reporting.

- Handle multiple export orders and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer, commercial and technical information.

Pay: ₹10,726.48 - ₹20,000.00 per month
