About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled GoLang Developer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications. This role requires a strong background in building scalable, high-performance microservices and APIs using GoLang, with a focus on event-driven architecture and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with AWS services, Kubernetes, and containerization tools, and will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems.

This position offers a hybrid work mode based in Hyderabad, and is suitable for local candidates who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on GoLang.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing REST and gRPC APIs.
- Hands-on experience working with AWS services such as EKS, SQS, SNS, Lambda, and RDS.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm for container orchestration and deployment.




- Familiarity with Enterprise Integration Patterns and API contract/schema management.
- Experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and automation tools.
- Experience with unit, integration, and contract testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of observability tools such as CloudWatch, logging, metrics, and tracing.
- Experience with iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Logic Apps, Informatica, TIBCO, or webMethods.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality microservices and APIs using GoLang, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EKS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and RDS, to support application deployment and operations.
- Develop and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Helm, ensuring smooth deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API contracts, schemas, and integration patterns, maintaining consistency and backward compatibility.
- Implement event-driven architectures to facilitate real-time data processing and system integration.




- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using observability tools like CloudWatch, logs, and metrics.
- Contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes, automating deployments and updates to improve efficiency.
- Engage with enterprise integration platforms to facilitate seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate best practices into development workflows.
