Hiring: B2B Sales Executive

We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive with excellent communication and convincing skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, connecting with retailers, dealers, distributors, and business clients, handling follow-ups, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and generate new B2B retail sales leads through cold calling, references, online platforms, and market research.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, distributors, and business clients.

● Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close commercial deals.

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.





● Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

● Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer support teams for smooth order execution.

● Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/ERP systems.

● Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to identify new business opportunities.

● Create short sales-focused reels/videos for retailers and B2B customers showcasing products, current launches, offers, product benefits, and bulk-order opportunities.

● Use reels and social-media content to generate B2B enquiries and leads, respond to interested customers, and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.

● Coordinate with the marketing team to create product promotional content, retailer-focused videos, and WhatsApp/social-media sales campaigns.

● Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
