We are hiring a B2B ERP Field Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in ERP Sales, Software Sales, B2B Sales, or Field Sales.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling prospective clients, conducting client meetings and ERP software demonstrations, understanding business requirements, and converting prospects into customers.
Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through cold calling, field visits, networking and references.
- Identify and approach potential business clients.
- Understand client requirements, business processes and pain points.
- Conduct ERP product demos and presentations.
- Explain ERP features, modules and business benefits to clients.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Negotiate with prospective clients and convert qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the technical/product team when required.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, ERP Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales or Field Sales.
- Good knowledge of ERP software and business management solutions.
- Strong lead generation and cold-calling skills.
- Excellent communication and convincing ability.
- Confident in conducting product demos and presentations.
- Solid negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits within Surat.
Preferred Candidates Candidates with experience in ERP Software, SaaS, IT Software, Business Management Software or B2B Technology Sales will be preferred.
