Voters AI, a silicon valley, USA based start-up is building a patent-pending, multi-tenant intelligence platform on AWS. We are hiring freshers with 0-1 years of experience in two tracks, Python Developer and AWS DevOps Engineer, to learn and build alongside our senior engineers on a production serverless platform.

What you will do

- Work with our senior engineers on a live AWS platform: Python services on Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, RDS PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
- Python track: build and test small, well-specified Python components such as data filtering and query services, messaging pipeline steps, and generative-AI features on Amazon Bedrock.
- AWS DevOps track: help run CI/CD on GitHub Actions with OIDC, CloudWatch metrics, alarms and dashboards, infrastructure as code, and least-privilege IAM.
- Follow a spec-first, human-reviewed development process: every change is specified, reviewed, tested and verified before it ships.
- Grow into a full role: freshers who demonstrate strong fundamentals are put on a path to the DevOps and Python Programmer roles listed below.

Python Developer - Fresher: what we look for

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in Python programming, OOP, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.




- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, including probability, statistics, and linear algebra.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs, or data science is preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and basic software development practices.
- Good understanding of Linux/CLI and cloud fundamentals (AWS preferred) is an advantage.
- Strong logical thinking, debugging ability, and willingness to learn emerging AI technologies.
- 0-1 years experience; freshers with strong technical fundamentals and relevant projects are encouraged to apply.

AWS DevOps Engineer - Fresher / Junior: what we look for

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of AWS Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on knowledge of EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, and other core AWS services.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation, Git, and GitHub Actions/Jenkins.
- Good Python or Bash scripting skills and strong problem-solving ability.
- Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, security, and automation.
- AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner or Associate level) preferred.
- Freshers with 0-1 years experience, solid AWS projects, and a passion for Cloud/DevOps are encouraged to apply.
