NWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance & Accounting (F&A;) Practice to lead and expand our global F&A; services. This senior leadership role is responsible for end-to-end service delivery, client relationship management, P&L; ownership, people development, and digital

Ntransformation across theF&A; portfolio. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in

NProcure to Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (R2R) and

NOrder to Cash (O2C) processes, with a strong focus on performance, profitability, and innovation.

NKey Responsibilities:

NService Delivery & Operations

- Lead and ensure flawless delivery of F&A; services across clients, meeting all contractual SLAs

- Oversee and drive excellence in key processes:

na. Procure to Pay (P2P) – requisitioning, procurement, vendor onboarding, invoice

Nhandling, payments

nb. Accounts Payable (AP) – invoice processing, exception handling, vendor management

Nc. Accounts Receivable (AR) – billing, collections, dispute resolution, cash application

Nd. Record to Report (R2R)– journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting.

Ne. Order to Cash (O2C) – order entry, credit checks, invoicing, collections, dispute resolution

- Leverage shared services and global delivery centers to drive efficiency and scalability.

- Drive automation and digitization to enhance process throughput, accuracy, and turnaround

- Act as the strategic partner and advisor to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.

- Own and improve the NetPromoter Score (NPS) across the F&A; client base.

- Partner with business development, pre-sales, and solutioning teams to support pursuits and grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

nP&L; and Business Management

- Full ownership ofP&L; for the F&A; practice, ensuring revenue growth, cost control, and margin improvement.

- Identify levers for operational cost optimization and process re-engineering.

- Align delivery performance with strategic business goals and market expectations.

nPeople Leadership

- Manage a large, global team of F&A; professionals.

- Drive strategies for hiring, onboarding, retention, performance management, and succession planning.

- Champion continuous learning, capability building, and upskilling/reskilling to future-proof

nTransformation & Innovation

N- Lead business transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, automation, RPA, AI, and

Nanalytics.

- Establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and best practices for each F&A; process tower.

nCollaboration & Governance

N- Work closely with cross-functional teams – HR, Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance – to

N- Maintain rigorous compliance, audit-readiness, and risk management standards.

NKey Requirements

n- 15–20 years of extensive experience in F&A; Outsourcing/Shared Services, with 5+ years in a

Nleadership role.

n- Proven expertise in:

- Procure to Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order to Cash (O2C)
N
- Record to Report (R2R) and financial reporting
N
- Hands-on experience in driving global operations, client relationships, P&L; management, and business transformation.

- Strong understanding ofERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday), workflow tools, and automation frameworks.

- Exceptional stakeholdermanagement, communication, and leadership skills.
N
- Demonstrated success indelivering value-added services and operational excellence.

nPreferred Qualifications

- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA

- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or digital transformation (preferred)
