Purpose
Manage the execution and end to end delivery of the projects, will communicate in various formal and informal methods to convey project status, issues, conflicts and risks, will work with various business stakeholders to plan projects.
As part of the initiatives or projects will help investigate technical issues and ideas will act as the “glue”, bridging technical team feedback to business stakeholders
Must have agile delivery experience of 1+ year and overall experience of more than 7-8 years in Project management and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing Automation team
- Responsible for leading Business transformation projects with Low code no code platforms and RPA platforms
- End to end delivery of Automation Projects
- Create management, communication plans and processes.
- Analyse and develop procedures for management and technical duties of the Automation Team.
- Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
- Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports
- Will be responsible for the planning and execution of 50+ projects and initiatives, managing workflows and communicating issues and status.
- Should be highly aware of the business needs and requests and makes sure they are logged and presented appropriately to the technical team(s).
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Must have overall experience of more than 7-8 years
- Must have Team Management experience
- Must have Automation project management and delivery experience of 2+ years
- Certified professionals would be preferred
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Tools and technologies
- Well versed with Project Management Methodologies
- Solid Interpersonal, Team Management, conflict management and Problem-solving skills
- Strong Stakeholder management and planning skills
- Must have knowledge of Automation tools and technologies.
