Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement in banking operations, policies, and procedures.

- Develop audit plans, programs, and reports to ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and monitor progress towards achieving desired outcomes.

- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on audit findings.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in retail audit or bank audit.

- Robust knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards (e.g., ISA).

- Experience with risk-based audits using tools such as control matrices or flowcharts.

- Proficiency in preparing comprehensive audit reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.
